Co-led USAID-funded HSEP initiative to roll out comprehensive LMS for 3,000 colleges and train 60,000 teachers. Discontinued, due to dismantling of USAID.
Situation
Bangladesh lacked digital teaching infrastructure at high school level for 140K+ teachers and would take 50+ years for Govt to physically train all teachers.
Task
Design comprehensive LMS for learning rollout, coordinate with FSU, Chemonics Int, A2i & Education Ministry/DSHE.
Result
Secured $3M grant; trained 500 teachers and led the prototyping of the platform in 21 days. Later discontinued (USAID).
My Contribution

- •Designed comprehensive LMS end to end user journey for several feature suits- PLC, P2P asssessment, Discussion, etc.
