Developed an English-speaking GenAI feature for Bangla learners, focusing on contextual practice and feedback.

Situation

Bangladeshi students lacked affordable, interactive & locally contextual English-speaking practice platform.

Task

Design, train, and pilot GenAI conversational tutor in English learning course based on 30 real life scenarios.

STT-LLM-TTS

Speech Pipeline

Speech-to-Text → Large Language Model → Text-to-Speech (STT-LLM-TTS) pipeline. Turn-taking is stabilized with VAD + Semantic Turn Detection (STD) to avoid awkward pauses inside the STT-LLM-TTS tutoring loop.
